How to Make Yourself Sneeze

You are probably familiar with the itchy, annoying feeling you get when you try to sneeze but can’t. This can be very frustrating, especially if your nose needs to be cleared or congestion is present.

Place a tissue under your nose to sneeze, and you can gently rub a tissue on the back of your nose.

A tickling sensation may occur. This triggers the trigeminal neuron, which sends a signal to your brain, prompting a sneeze.
