An amino acid can be described as a fundamental element of protein. Our bodies can create certain amino acids, and they must be consumed in our diet. Although amino acids are the proteins’ building blocks (generally used for making muscle and supplying), certain types of amino acids and ids may be utilized to generate energy in the body. These amino acids include leucine as well as valine and isoleucine. They are called the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs).
